As part of the Security Architecture team, the Network Security Lead will define and keep enhancing security architecture strategy and standards for network infrastructure and govern their proper implementation in order to provide comprehensive end-to-end security for Sandoz.

Job Summary/Purpose :
As part of the Security Architecture team, the Network Security Lead will define and keep enhancing security architecture strategy and standards for network infrastructure and govern their proper implementation in order to provide comprehensive end-to-end security for Sandoz.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop the strategy, future state architecture and roadmap for secure network services and technologies (LAN, WAN, SDWAN, physical and virtual firewalls, SASE proxy & RAS, DNS, DHCP, NTP, NAC, DDoS protection etc.)
- Define security standards and implementation guidelines for network security services
- Assess the security controls employed, provide detailed recommendations in line with industry standards to maintain an effective security posture
- Ability to create and sustain a secure resilient networking environment
- Enable the business to innovate rapidly and achieve its goals by providing secure archi-tectural patterns and capabilities
- Partner with other security architects to identify and evaluate emerging technologies
- Collaborate with the different security teams to create a holistic viewpoint and reporting infrastructure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic external partners
- Deliver high quality work outcomes in a high-pressure, fast paced setting to meet com-pany needs

- Master of Science degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or other relevant field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- At least 8 years of experience in network security
- Practical experience designing and implementing network security infrastructure and controls in the enterprise-level IT environment (services listed in the Responsibilities section)
- Experience working in a global company and de-signing / deploying solutions at scale
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to develop influential relationships with different stakeholders across all levels
Preferred Requirements:
- Certification or accreditation in Information Security (e.g.: CISM, CISA, CISSP and/or relevant vendor specific certifications) is a plus
- Experience with securing public cloud connectivity and services (preferably MS Azure and/or AWS) is a plus
- Knowledge and experience of industry standards such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST, Cyber Essentials is a plus
