Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00pm - 18:00am Central Europe Time

Your responsibilities:
● Launching, leading and managing Technical Support projects in BPO company;
● Controlling, tracking, and improving project`s performance and KPIs;
● Experience in leading the remote team (at least 10 agents);
● Maintaining and improving day-to-day operations;
● Managing the Team leaders;
You will be a part of our team to develop outsourcing business globally!
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
● English C1 oral and written;
● Experience as a Project manager/Account manager or a Team Lead 3 years+ in the Technical or Customer support field;
● Experience in communication with B2B clients;
● Experience in managing and controlling teams;
● Good communication skills;
● Attention to details, focus on objectives;
● Advanced computer skills;
● You can work as a self-employed;
● You can work from home, don’t be distracted;
● Knows Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar);
● Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
