As the Lead (Head) of ERP, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and maintenance of SAP and various tools within the ERP domain. The SAP implementation is a critical company-wide project aimed at enhancing our accounting, billing, invoicing, and finance-related processes.
Our primary focus is on simplifying and streamlining finance processes as we migrate from Navision ERP Systems to SAP. Working closely with the finance department, you will be instrumental in driving the successful integration of the new ERP systems while fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation across multiple teams.
If you are passionate about driving the successful implementation and optimization of SAP and ERP systems and possess the required technical expertise and leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
YOU WILL DO:
- Take charge of the SAP implementation, overseeing its functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to enhance the SAP tech stack and keep it up-to-date with current trends.
- Monitor and address any issues or bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation of SAP systems.
- Provide technical guidance for other ERP tools like Coupa, Concur, etc., to enhance the overall user experience.
- Possess deep expertise in SAP modules: FICO and MM.
- Expertise in SAP technologies: HANA, Fiori, BRIM, Analytics Cloud, Convergent Mediation/Charging/Invoicing...
- Establish a center of excellence for SAP and ERP, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and governance to the SAP engineering team to maintain high standards and best practices.
YOU WILL NEED:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP, including a deep understanding of specific technologies and modules.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP systems in complex enterprises.
- Ability to thrive in a complex and challenging environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving project goals.
