We have an opportunity for a Sr Benefits Analyst role to join our Corporate team in Prague or Bucharest.
The Sr Benefits Analyst will provide end to end delivery of the company’s core benefit programs in the fields of Pension, Medical Insurance and Risk (Accidental Death & Disability) Insurance.
The role will support implementation of the standard benefits delivery model through developing and documenting processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement, involves partnership with the Compensation & Benefits COE to implement the company benefits strategy, acting as project lead for country and regional benefit initiatives.
There will be other type of country, regional or global projects in scope like harmonization, automation, benefits launch, communication, M&As, Compliance, etc
This position will also partner with other functions including HR, Payroll, Global Operations, Procurement, Finance and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Leading global projects, multiple countries (primarily UK & Ireland) with high complexity in scope, process ownership on renewals and remarketing; coaching and mentorship for Jr roles inside HRS.
- To project lead benefits RFP process (Remarketing) across multiple benefits and EMEA countries to include preparation of employee communications, work with vendor and payroll to ensure deductions are set up correctly and in accordance with plan design and payroll/tax compliance, set up enrolment and termination processes with operational team, work with procurement to choose the Vendor and have it setup in SAP, delivery of the benefit to the employee.
- Leading and coordinating multiple stakeholders to align delivery processes to HRS business model.
- To project lead the Renewals which means running and executing the process to prologue the current contract with a benefits Vendor. Perform annual audit checks of data delivery relating to renewal of policies.
- Drives continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and provide higher efficiencies of the benefits processes; documents Process Maps, SOPs and Knowledge Articles.
- Provides guidance to HR, Payroll, and HRS Ops, where applicable, on benefit administration and impact as a result of HR policy or process changes initiated by other areas. Run annual enrolment processes and campaigns, where applicable.
- Oversight and governance of third-party benefit suppliers/ providers.
- Support Benefits COE initiatives and projects as it relates to standardization, integrations and transitions and legal compliance. Resolve and communicate core benefit related escalations.
- Assists manager with team training, special projects, asks a subject matter expert with multinational coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 or more years of benefits plan administration or comparable experience with 2 or more years of supplier management experience. Minimum 1 year of experience of project management
- International benefits experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in creating Project Dashboards (Smartsheets or similar tools)
- Strong knowledge HR Systems and Case Management Systems. Professional HR, Benefit or Administration qualification a plus
- Advanced written and spoken English (other languages a plus)
- Independent, proactive, can do attitude and behaviour, problem solver and able to manage complex challenges, identify solutions and implement them.
